I had an issue with water leaking in the laundry to the unit below ours, and Ryan from SealRITE explained the options very clearly. Because it wasn't a shower area it wasn't appropriate to try and seal it; and because a leaking pipe had already been fixed, there wasn't a real need to do any more work. So, I appreciate the honesty and would definitely use them again if something comes up!
