I missed out on most of my payments. I could not make the payments due to getting let go from my job. Single mother and had to file for temporary assistance for my son and I just so we could survive at that moment. I have heard of many successful removal stories and I really felt I had undergone hardship. I explained this in my goodwill letter to them as well as on the phone with someone from the CEO office. I ended up securing a new job and made all the payments, but the negatives still appear on my credit and my score is still very low. We had a for sale sign in front of our house due to the landlord selling property and I couldn't get a loan due to my low credit score .
