Good Prices at the right season !By

I took WOW air in January 2015 from Boston to Berlin via Reykjavik for a tad more than $150 each way. If going into it, you understand that its an ultra-budget airline, there should be no excuse for not planning ahead to buy yourself a liter of water at Logan Airport and snacks ahead of departure. Even with the $50 fee each way for baggage and the nominal seat assignment fee, my flight was still less than $450 round trip to Europe. Most complaints for airlines are regarding weather delays, lost baggage or in the case of WOW Airlines, a customer not understanding that everything is a la carte before booking. Even if you buy a $10 food item and $5 on-board water, its still going to be far cheaper than legacy carriers.
